30 DAY REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased off our website due to change of mind, you may do so within 30 days from purchase date.

The following conditions must be met:

- The items must be returned in their original condition in their original packaging.

- The items must not have been worn, damaged or altered in any way.

- You must supply your invoice as proof of purchase.

 

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange earrings unless faulty.

We do not refund any original shipping costs and return shipping is at your own expense. It is recommended that you ship your return with appropriate tracking as Santo Jewellery is not resposible for any return that is lost or damaged in transit.

 

 

6 MONTH WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All Santo Jewellery pieces come with a 6 month manufacturers warranty, which covers any defects that are a result of the manufacturing process.

The warranty does not cover loss, changes in appearance or any damage due to wear and tear or improper use or storage of your jewellery. (Please refer to our Care Instructions section on our website for more information on how to care for your jewellery.)
